Relax, observe animals, fill yourself with majestic landscapes, and swim in amazonian waters are the key words of this tour. About 2 km northwest of Leticia is the Yahuarcaca lagoon complex, which once formed part of the original course of the Amazon River. It is the habitat of several species of birds. monkeys, sloths, reptiles, dolphin.. and our guides have a keen eye to identify them!

In high water season, a paddling ride through the trees of the flooded jungle will be the opportunity to learn about traditional medicinal plants. Later. you can dare a delicious bath in the currents of different temperatures of the main lake. and from there admire a beautiful sunset displaying its colors on the surface of the water.

If you choose the full day tour, you will have lunch at the guide’s house in the lakes themselves and in the afternoon you will arrive at the Lotus Flower nature reserve where you can appreciate the Victoria Regia, unique leaves for their enormous circular shape.
